Darryll Ashworth

Chief Executive Officer

Darryll has nearly 30 years of experience in the retail property industry. Darryll worked for Jones Lang LaSalle and Westfield before establishing Metier in 2002. Since that time Darryll has been involved in a diverse range of retail properties and projects many of which have made significant changes in the Perth landscape. Darryll has a reputation for hard work, tenacity and fairness, importantly he has a passion and a desire to “make things happen”.

Justin De Giorgio

Leasing Executive

Justin has a Bachelor of Commerce with a Property Development and Valuation Degree from Curtin University and is working closely with the CEO on a wide range of projects including The Towers at Elizabeth Quay, Yagan Square and Raine Square.

Lui Cilfone

Leasing Executive

Lui Cilfone is focussed on the leasing of the new Raine Square redevelopment and is based at the Raine Square Management Office.

Lui brings with him 22 years of extensive property experience, the last 12 years working for Hawaiian, specifically the leasing of Carillon City.

Jodi Potts

Head of Property Management

Jodi has nearly 20 years of Property Management experience and has held senior positions at Colliers, CBRE and the Fini Group. Jodi has an excellent understanding of client needs and knows how to effectively manage assets to ensure maximum income is achieved.
